Initiate Engagement

Initiate Engagement

Executive Introduction. Engagements with THE BOARD commence through an Initial Inquiry, designed to establish a preliminary understanding of the objectives, context, priorities, and strategic requirements presented by the prospective client or stakeholder.

The Initial Inquiry provides the information required to conduct a Preliminary Executive Review, enabling the strategic requirements to be assessed, relevant specialist participation to be considered where appropriate, and the most suitable engagement pathway to be determined. Where appropriate, the prospective client may be invited to proceed to the next stage of the engagement process.
